Easy
Perfect when you want to take it easy but still stay engaged.

Medium
A great balance if you feel energized but not quite ready to tackle something intense.

Hard
For the weeks when you're ready to push your limits and go all out!

You choose your own pace and intensity.
There are 12 activities in total — one per week — and one rest week to catch your breath if needed.
No pressure, just progress. You can also pause the challenge for the time of your vacation.
Make sure to complete all the activities by the end of summer to claim your prize.
